Cancellation / Refund Policy
We, at Annapoorna Sweets and Snacks, take utmost care in preparing and packing your orders. However, under the unexpected occurrence of any of the following events listed below, a new package as per customers’ choice or a 100% refund will be processed by us.
- If the package is received in a damaged condition.
- If any of the boxes inside the package are found to be unsealed or damaged.
- If the incorrect item has been shipped.
Refund Process
Please send us an email to office@sreeannapoorna.com explaining the reason for a refund request, accompanied by photographs of the issue, within 24 hours of receiving the package. Once our team obtains and verifies the details, the refund process will begin and be completed within 72 working hours.
Cancellation Policy
Check the status of your product. If it has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to process your cancellation and refund. If it has not then we will validate your request and begin the refund process.
In both these cases, it could take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
